White Pine Needle infused Honey

White Pine needles are an excellent source of Vitamin C (5 times the Vitamic C found in oranges) and boast antioxidant & antibacterial activity. They’re also a superb remedy for upper respiratory infections, especially those with thick, hard stuck mucous, as it is a great expectorant. White Pine is known as the Great Tree of Peace in the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. And Peace we can really use: in our hearts and in the world. These White Pine needles are from my backyard infused in local, raw NJ honey.
