BEESWAX CANDLE CARE AND SAFETY

Beeswax burns longer, cleaner & brighter than other waxes.  And it likes to be burned for long periods of time, especially the pillars.  It cleans and purifies the air and leaves a sweet honey scent.  It has a beautiful glow with a kind of halo around the flame. No added scents or dyes.  Just 100% NJ beeswax with a cotton wick.

You may notice a white cloudy (powdery) film that appears on your beeswax candles.  This is called Bloom.  Bloom naturally occurs when temperatures change and is safe to burn or can be removed by wiping with a soft, dry cloth.  Actually a good sign your candle is 100% beeswax.  

Tips & Tricks for burning your candles for optimum performance

-Pillars

Hug your candle inwards when warm to get the most out of your burn.  By hugging your candle you’ll avoid the tunneling of your candle.  If you prefer to have more of a lantern effect then go ahead and don’t hug.  

Never leave a burning candle unattended, or with unsupervised pets or young children.
